Dr. Jottin Cury Elias (1920-2011) was a prominent Dominican jurist, politician and intellectual who served his country in many important positions in the publicadministration and in the academia. He played a leading role in the Dominican Revolution of 1965 as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Constitutionalist government of Coronel Francisco A. Caamaño. A very important book on the 1965 Dominican Revolution and the U.S. invasion, it compiles essays, articles, interview, letters, and declassified documents from the State Department.
